I need a training program, can you help?

Absolutely. I’ll build you a program with purpose so you reach your goals sooner. After
that, you’ll be able use your time more effectively and efficiently - you’ll know what to do
and how to do it properly.

Im keen to box, can you help?

YES! I love doing pad work - everything from thaiboxing to kickboxing and boxing. We can
chat about the differences between each and then decide which is right for you. Or you
can try them all. Remember, technique is what makes the difference between speed,
power, strength and most importantly, NO INJURIES.

Do you specialise in strength training?

YES! I do and I’ll push for it too. The benefits of strength training last a lifetime - strong
bodies now means strong bodies later. Primarily, I focus on compound lifts. Deadlifts,
squats, bench press, chin ups, rows, and shoulder presses or variations of these exercises
are the most effective use of your time in the gym.

I want to become a trainer, can you help?

100%! I have a mentoring program to help you learn the foundations and develop a sense
of self confidence with your skillset. In short, it’s 19 years of my knowledge and experience
compacted into a 12 month mentoring program that fast tracks learning and bridges the
huge gap between CERT 4 and working on the gym floor.
